Sagara works as a Peer Supporter with the NHS and as part of his role is involved with delivering courses at Sunderland Recovery College. He has practiced mindfulness for over 25 years and uses it to help people within his work. He is also a Buddhist Chaplain at a local prison, and has his own online business offering Advanced Mindfulness Techniqes for a range of problems. Sagara is married with two children and likes hillwalking, cycling, and hanging out with his kids.
